How purchases work

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record (checkout and receipts show "Sold through Link"). Stripe takes the payment, issues the invoice and collects VAT where applicable. The software licence itself is granted by Rui Silva under our Licence terms. Stripe's own conditions are available at stripe.com/legal.

Complaints

You can contact us at matchday@tugastudio.com with any complaint and we will reply within 15 working days.

Consumers can also submit a complaint through the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico): livroreclamacoes.pt.

Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can refer it to a consumer arbitration centre. For disputes up to €5,000, arbitration is mandatory for us if you choose it.
