14-day money-back guarantee

If MatchDay is not right for your forum, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of an annual renewal payment, and you will get the full amount back. You don't have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email matchday@tugastudio.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the corresponding licence is deactivated.

After 14 days

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Your licence remains valid until the end of the period already paid.

Your legal right of withdrawal

Under EU and Portuguese consumer law, the right of withdrawal from a contract for digital content ends once the download starts with your prior consent and acknowledgement. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless and gives you at least the same protection.

Faulty software

If the Software does not work as described, your rights to conformity under the law are not affected by this policy. Contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you.
